We are looking for Customer Support Agents (Control Agents) for at least 16 hours a week, preferably in the evenings and weekend. Do you want to work more? That is also possible! This job is super flexible, so in consultation you can choose when you work.
BTC Direct is a company specialized in Crypto. The company is located in Nijmegen and is also very accessible by public transport. In this role you are in contact with customers who have different issues from the platform. Initially you are busy with administrative tasks. When you have mastered this, your tasks can be extended and you will be in frequent contact with users of the platform. BTC is not an advisor, so you will never give trading advice to your contacts. It is only about answering questions and managing your own 'files/customer contacts'.
For this job it is important that you are fluent in English ór German. Every day users from all over Europe report to the platform, so for this position it is important that you are fluent in English. Do you also write/speak German? That's a plus!
