As assistant manager you are partly responsible for the Eindhoven office. You will work together with the team leader to keep job satisfaction and productivity high. In addition to this, you also perform these activities:
- You will conduct performance and evaluation interviews with employees;
- You’ll solve technical problems;
- You hire people in consultation with the manager;
- You will make the staff roster and keep it up to date;
- Keeping the administration up-to-date;
- Liaising with customers and external suppliers.
ANAC is open from 08:00 to 20:00. Between these times you can be found at the location in Eindhoven. This way there is always a team leader on location and everything can run smoothly!
