As an assistant team leader at ANAC, you will work to increase job satisfaction and productivity in the workplace. It is of course important that the work remains fun for everyone! Together with the team leader you are responsible for the location in Woensel (Eindhoven). In addition to this, you’ll perform many other fun activities. You can find them all below:

• In consultation with the team leader, you hire new employees;
• You solve technical problems in the car wash;
• You carry out administrative work at a high level;
• You prepare the staff roster and keep it up to date;
• Conducting performance and evaluation interviews with employees;
• Keeping in touch with both customers and external suppliers.

The opening hours at ANAC are from 08:00 to 20:00. You will be working on location between these times. You coordinate your working hours with the team leader. This way there is always a team leader on location!

• A unique full-time job with a lot of responsibility;
• A top hourly wage of 13.80 per hour (as you grow, the more you will earn);
• A fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension (contract voor bepaalde tijd);
• The option to be paid weekly or per 4 weeks.

• You are available for 32 to 40 hours a week (spread over 4 to 5 days);
• You are at least 18 years of age or older;
• You live in the Eindhoven area (Helmond, Son en Breugel, Weert, etc.);
• You have a good command of the Dutch and/or English language;
• You have at least 1 year of relevant work experience as a team leader in a service-oriented sector;
• You are reliable, stress resistant and you have a great sense of responsibility.
