As a customer service representative you are one moment advising customers about current trends and the next you are processing a refund. As you have already read, you will be working on location in Maastricht. At this work location, almost all needs that you may have during your shift are provided by H&M itself. For example, you don't have fixed workplaces, so you can sit wherever you want throughout the building. There are also treadmills that you can use, so that you can exercise while you work. Ideal right?! We thought so too!
During your working day, you do not deal with a specific customer service department, but you get to work with all subjects. You can expect the following:
- Processing questions about: bank statements, payment, etc.;
- Giving fashion advice regarding current trends, new collections or comparable clothing;
- Handling returned products;
- Answering questions via social media, telephone or email.
Before you can start at H&M, you will first be trained to become a fully-fledged customer service employee. You will then follow a course that lasts approximately 3 weeks. This is a full-time (38 hours) paid training, so you are obliged to follow the entire course.
