For a big logsitic company in Delft we are looking for an HR Administrator.
As HR Administrator you are providing administrative HR and general management support for our regional headquarters (RHQ) in Delft. Together with the team you provide service and information to the management and employees which results in high employee experience because of speed and quality of support.
Key activities as HR Administrator:
- You are the first point of contact for HR in our regional HQ.
- You pro-actively support the HR Business Partners in all correspondence and administrative confirmation of HR related topics and setting up of all kinds of agreements related to the employment. This means you will be maintaining our HR systems as well as setting up letters, emails, and all kind of correspondence in order for employees to be informed about their employee status and benefits.
- You play an important role in the onboarding of new employees.
- You are responsible for the digital and physical employee files, and you are the gatekeeper of the digital HR Administration.
- You take care of all illness administration and part of the follow up with the employees. You support in performance management cycles, case management, payroll administration, and exit processes.
- Besides the regular HR support you will provide miscellaneous ad hoc general management support which covers daily ad hoc activities such as ordering flowers, gifts and awards; creating reports.
- And last but not least you will be responsible for the organization of company events in Delft.
