As part-time sales assistant at H&M you are the first point of contact for customers. At H&M everything revolves around hospitality and customer service. What can you expect during your working day? A working day starts with a fresh start together with the other sales assistants and the store manager. The store manager will update you on the state of affairs and planning of the working day.

The work will consist of:

• Advising customers about fashion;
• Showing customers the way in the store;
• Keeping the store tidy.
• All this of course with a smile on your face to give the customers a good feeling in the store.

You also make a round to check if everything is still neat and tidy and make sure the fitting rooms are tidy. And don't forget that H&M Utrecht is big, so teamwork is key!

• A gross wage of €10,48 per hour (on top of this hourly wage you will also receive 10% vacation hours and 8,33% vacation pay);
• Surcharges Monday through Saturday 00:00 to 07:00 or 22:00 to 24:00 - 150% and Sunday and holidays - 150%!
• The choice to be paid weekly or four-weekly;
