We are looking for sales advisors to join the team at H&M. H&M has several stores in Groningen, Assen, Drachten and Leeuwarden. You visit different location and visit several stores.
For example, you start the day by unpacking the new goods. You scan the product, label it and put it in the right place. The store is about to open, so you check if everything is clean and tidy. The customers prefer to shop in a clean and organized store.
As soon as the first customers walk into the store, you ask if you can help them with anything. You will often be found near the fitting rooms. For example, customers ask you for advice or need a different size of the garment. They will also have questions about washing the clothes. You will be happy to answer these questions.
After many customers have left happy with new clothes, shoes or jewelry, your day is almost done. You do a final check through the store and then it's time to go home.
