To give you an idea of your workday: In the middle of the center is your workplace: H&M in Utrecht, Hoog Catharijne. There you will start the day with your colleagues. You will start for example with unpacking the new goods, scan the products, label them and put them in the right places. Later, the store is about to open and you make a last check to see if everything is clean and tidy.
When the customers walk in, your moment is about to shine! You ask the customers if you can help them with anything. You will also often be found in the fitting rooms where you can assist the customers and of course give advice where needed. After all customers have left the store with filled bags, your day is almost over, One last store check and you go home with a good feeling.
