Together with the manager, you lead the team. Questions from your team and guests are answered with a smile, even when the waves are high. Creating a memorable Hawaiian experience in everything you do. Seeing guests leave with a smile is your ultimate goal! Incoming and outgoing orders? You keep track with your team.

• 38 hours per week (fulltime), but with a flexible schedule
• Working hours between 11:00 and 22:00
• A gross salary of €16,50, travel reimbursement, and overtime that's doubly appreciated.

• Oversee day-to-day operations in accordance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
• Foster a collaborative work environment, ensuring effective teamwork and communication.
• Handle challenging situations with poise, including addressing guest concerns and managing a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Uphold compliance with legislation and internal regulations.
