DHL Express in Hoofddorp is currently seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as Couriers, responsible for handling evening and morning routes. You will be working in one of the two shifts listed below:

• Day routes: 08:00 to a maximum of 19:00 (4 days a week) 🌞🕒
• Afternoon/evening routes: 13:00 to a maximum of 21:00 (5 days a week) 🌆🕒

Before you start delivering packages, you kick off the day with your colleagues by having a joint start-of-day meeting. After the Supervisor discusses any important details, you will be informed about the route you will be driving that day. Then, you will work efficiently in the sorting process before hitting the road together! 🚛🛣️

While listening to your favorite music in your beautiful yellow-red van, you will see the challenge in avoiding traffic and deliver approximately 50-80 time-critical shipments according to schedule. With your customer-oriented approach, you will provide our customers with necessary information and support if they have any inquiries. Additionally, you will perform some administrative tasks such as checking customs documents and freight documents to ensure that shipments arrive at their destination quickly and on time. Pitching in to help if there is any pending work? That's something you find natural. We go that extra mile! 🎵🚛🕐

📋A fixed-term contract with the possibility of a permanent contract based on good performance (contract voor bepaalde tijd)
💰A gross hourly wage of €14.46 per hour!
🕒Part-time or fulltime employment for 32-34 hours per week 23 vacation days
🚗💸Travel allowance per km up to 30 km (one way)

🤝You enjoy interacting with customers
🚗You have a valid driver's license B
🛣️You have 1 year of driving experience or have driven a significant number of kilometers in a short period
📜Ability to obtain a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) without any issues
📅You are part-time available for a minimum of 24 hours a week
