For our client, a company that focuses on selling nutritional supplements for people who have undergone a medical procedure, we are looking for Customer Service Representatives. Customers will call you when they have questions about their subscription, an invoice, a package that has not arrived, or for example about the ingredients and functioning of a product. In the latter case, you will transfer the call to the dieticians on staff.
The following tasks will also fall under your responsibility as Customer service employee:
- You maintain contact with the customers via phone and email;
- You work in various campaigns with targets to achieve monthly customer service goals;
- You perform light administrative tasks.
