What we offer

  • Availability: You should be available to work 32 hours per week, starting from May 1st. This job will require you to have a flexible schedule and be available to work weekends and holidays.
  • Communication skills: As a customer service representative, you will be interacting with people from all over the world. Hence, you should be social and communicative. You should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French. This job requires you to speak and write fluently in both languages.
  • Customer service experience: While it's not a mandatory requirement, prior customer service experience can be an added advantage. We value candidates who have experience in this field as they already possess the necessary skills required to excel in this role.
  • Location: Our office is located in the beautiful capital of Limburg, Maastricht. Therefore, it would be ideal if you live in the vicinity of Maastricht (Valkenburg, Heerlen, Geleen, Beek, Kerkrade, Sittard, Bunde, Meersen, Eijsden, Margraten). By living closer to our office, you can avoid long commutes and be more punctual in attending work.

In this role, you will be providing customer support over the phone and email. Your main duties will be to assist customers with their queries regarding their orders, payments, and returns. You will also be responsible for providing fashion advice to customers, helping them choose the perfect outfit.
