As Inventory Assistant, you’ll be part of the European inventory coordination team, ensuring that materials and parts are ordered, tracked, and delivered on time across multiple depots in Europe. You’ll work mainly in English and handle both administrative and operational tasks.
Your tasks include:
- Creating and processing purchase orders
- Coordinating with suppliers and internal depots (Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, and more)
- Tracking deliveries, confirming shipments, and resolving discrepancies
- Managing spare parts requests, RFQs, and import/export documentation
- Keeping accurate records in ERP systems (such as M3) and Excel
- Supporting ad-hoc urgent repairs and fast-paced logistics when needed
