- Managing and processing daily parts requests
- Creating purchase orders and confirming deliveries
- Communicating with suppliers and internal teams across Europe
- Monitoring stock availability across multiple depots
- Supporting urgent requests when priorities shift
- Keeping accurate records in ERP systems and Excel
- Requesting quotes, item numbers, and import/export documentation
What you're going to do
What we offer
- Gross monthly salary: €2,750 – €3,050, depending on experience
- Travel allowance: €0.23/km (own transport required – no public transport nearby)
- 37 vacation days (including 12 ADV days)
- Full-time schedule: Mon–Fri, 08:30–17:00
- Laptop, mobile phone, and other work tools provided
- Possibility to work 1 day from home after the training period

What we ask of you
- You are fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
- You are well-organized, detail-focused, and calm under pressure
- Interested in logistics, supply chain, or technical workflows
- Able to work in Excel and willing to learn ERP systems (e.g. M3)
- Communicative, proactive, and ready to learn
- You have your own car for commuting to Moerdijk
