Parcel Delivery Driver

As a Courier at DHL Utrecht, you will contribute to the seamless delivery of packages, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely operations. You'll face the dynamic challenge of managing daily routes efficiently while handling packages with care. Essential skills for this role include a valid B driver's license, customer service orientation, and the physical ability to lift up to 30 kg. Responsibilities:

• Delivery: ensure the safe and punctual delivery of 50 to 80 packages daily.
• Route management: plan and execute your delivery route with autonomy, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Physical handling: load and unload packages, some weighing up to 30 kg, maintaining a focus on safety.
• Customer interaction: provide excellent service, going the extra mile to meet customer needs.
• Vehicle maintenance: keep the delivery vehicle clean and report any issues to ensure reliability and safety.

• Competitive hourly wage of €17,63 till €20,19 based on experience, plus 50% Saturday premium.
• Permanent contract with a view to long-term employment.
• Flexible working hours ranging from 24 to 40 hours per week.
• 25 vacation days based on a 40 hours work week.

• Valid B driver's license with 1+ year experience.
• Preferably experienced as a courier or similar role.
• Available 3+ days weekly, up to full-time hours.
• Customer service oriented with a proactive approach.
