As a customer service (commercieel assistent) representative, you'll be responsible for everything from providing fashion advice to processing returns. And the best part? You'll be doing it all at a beautiful callcenter in Maastricht. With no fixed workstations, you can sit wherever you like - sounds like fun, right?
You'll be working on all aspects of customer service, from answering questions about payments to giving fashion advice on current trends. Don't worry if you don't have experience - we'll provide you with a two-week training course before you start.

During your working day, you won't be working in one specific area of customer service, but you will be working on all subjects. You can expect the following:
- Processing questions about: bank statements, payment, etc.;
- Giving fashion advice on current trends, new collections or similar clothing;
- Handling returned products;
- Answering questions via telephone, chat, e-mail or social media,
Before you can start working at this well-known fashion company, you will first be trained to become a fully-fledged customer service employee. You will follow a trainings course that lasts approximately 2 weeks. This is a fulltime (38 hours) paid training, which means you are expected to attend the entire course from Monday to Friday.
