For our client we are looking for a fulltime Communication Coordinator. Our client is situated in Schiphol-Rijk and well accessable from the Amsterdam area.

The Communication Coordinator plans and executes the production of all offline communication materials and online contents (excluding social media) for all assigned products and their related accessories and for events, in collaboration and in alignment with the strategy and targets as set by the Brand Marketing Department and Digital & CRM Department. He/she makes the communication materials available to our distributors in Europe for localization, printing and distribution and acts as a project leader or co-project leader of the projects assigned by the Department Manager.

Hereby an overview of the principal accountabilities:

  • Responsible for the proper implementation of communications assets in the various communication channels especially focused on accessories & apparel for the website and configurators.
  • Master English creation (fluent in English)
  • CMS processing copy, translations and images
  • Project management of workflow in clear excel overview from preparation to Go Live
  • Guardian of communication asset planning to secure the deadlines
  • Management and monitoring of all communication agencies involved in the production of the materials;
  • Guardian of the organization's Visual Identity;
  • Responsible to check the proper implementation of the assets in the various communication channels;
  • Project/co-project leader of assigned communication related projects that improve the working efficiency and our services towards various parties;
  • Budget and costs control;
  • Helping your fellow colleagues out during periods of high work volume.

Wie ben je?

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Experience to keep track on project management in clear overviews and secure deadlines
  • Great working skills with all Microsoft Office software programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) especially Excel!
  • Affinity in working with various systems/databases and the logical thinking behind them,
  • Experience of working with Content Management Systems such as InRiver and ElvisDam is a plus;
  • Passion and knowledge for communication strategy/tools;
  • Good at working under pressure;
  • Highly accurate
  • Great verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills towards people of different working levels within the organization;
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency-level. Other (universal) language skills are an asset;
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar communication job.
  • You have a Dutch or EU-Nationality or a workpermit for the Netherlands.

  • A competitive salary based on your relevant experience between 3000-3500 euros gross per month.
  • A coverage of your travel expenses, €0,19 per km (max. 25 km one way) when travelling by car or 100% coverage of public transportation costs.
  • 25 holiday days per year.
  • 8% holiday allowance on top of gross salary.
