As a Demand Planner you will ensure a correct maintenance of the sales forecast, by following the rules and regulation of the company in order to increase the sales of the assigned product portfolio. You will be part of the Operational team (logistics).

Key responsibilities include

  • Forecast
    Support the sales in creating accurate forecast to ensure an optimal supply per product group, within the rules and regulations of the company. Ensure a correct input of forecast in order to realize an up to date flow of information towards the division.
  • Report & analyze
    Create reports to inform and support the sales and supply by making decisions for example: Target vs local demand, Reason of local demand volatility, Guide to update local demand, consensus target and demand, target allocation, demand shaping and buffer demand, estimated sales forecast, sales progress reports and so on.
  • Cross functional meeting (SCM)
    Be part of the weekly meeting with all sales, marketing, pre-sales, product management team members and sales in local where target, demand changes, turnover status, (aging) stock, new model introduction, old model face-out, KPI performance and any pending market issues are discussed.
  • Customer satisfaction
    Establish customer satisfaction in order to realize the made agreements and a good relationship with the customers external and internal. Preparing accurate forecast, making reports, analyzes, direct contact with customers (if applicable) and be part of the cross functional meetings is target of demand analyst to keep customer satisfied internal and externally.
  • Change management and Process monitoring
    Lead and guide action to be taken in local, and coordination and follow up the total process from forecast to reports & analyzes. Also responsible for optimize reports, process and systems if possible.

Wie ben je?

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor degree
  • Bilingual (Dutch and English) for Netherlands
  • Knowledge of Sales en Logistic process
  • Knowledge of Microsoft and SAP
  • Flexible / no 9-5 worker / Dynamic
