In your role as customer service employee you are in constant contact with Customers. Most contacts take place through the chat, social media and e-mail. Computer skills, empathy and a user-friendly attitude are essential for this type of work!
Your working day will be composed of the following activities: responds quickly to all customer and user-friendly problems in a user-friendly way for customer involvement centering the optimum participation of the customer.
