For an international client we are looking for a Payroll Administrator.
You'll be for responsible for the correct implementation/execution of the Payroll Administration and related administrations for different locations in Europe. This contributes to a good salary flow in line with the company policies and legal and tax requirements. Together with the payroll team you handle 21 different payrolls.

Principle accountabilities:

  • Collect and organize salary input and execute salary administration related to all employees;
  • Process different administrations related to the payroll and group employee benefits such as administration of the pension plan, lease cars, leave registration etc;
  • Process all administration regarding salaries for tax purposes; input salary information regarding social security issues (such as illness cases that qualify for social benefits);
  • Prepare the monthly journals of the (salary) administration and provide these to Finance & Accounting in order to have the correct data for the divisional/company financial results;
  • Keep up-to-date and gather information on any changes and developments in legislation, social security and tendencies in society that (might) influence the field of salary administration, in order to be able to discuss and participate in departmental meetings and to keep the knowledge of the department on the highest possible level.

Wie ben je?

For this position we looking for someone with:

  • HBO work and thinking level (Administration or other related study);
  • Min. 3 years’ experience in payroll of multiple countries within EMEA;
  • Experience with SuccessFactors and BDO
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office software tools and advanced level of Excel;
  • Strong coordination skills and able to work very accurately;
  • Excellent administrative capabilities;
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Dutch language, both spoken and written, extra languages (like French, German, Spanish, Italian) is a preference;
  • Result driven, creative mind, enthusiastic and pro-active.
