As a Purchase & Inventory Administrator you support the Purchase & Inventory Coordinator by continuously improving the delivery performance and the information quality of the factories, in order to achieve the set allocation rate for parts within the defined stock budget against the lowest possible costs.
Analyze and interpret the demand on Yamaha parts.
Update and negotiate the best price and minimum order quantities from the factories.
Define, place, maintain, monitor and if necessary expedite replenishment orders.
Close cooperation with the factories.
Check, book and register inbound invoices and monitor their shipments.
Audit and register the price, minimum order quantity and other basic information.
Maintain the part master in the ERP system and ensure delivery information in the ERP system is correct
Update the Purchase & Inventory reports, on a monthly/weekly basis.
Wie ben je?
A relevant Education (preferably in logistics);
Minimum of one year experience in a comparative function and field;
Able to handle suppliers and address issues with them, hands-on.
Determined and “eager to learn” mentality
Excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written;
Excellent analytical, reporting and communication skills;
Accurate, service minded and able to set priorities;
Experience in working with automated systems and sound knowledge of Microsoft Access (outlook, Word, Excel, est.).
