Do you enjoy combining hands-on work on the floor with coordinating a small team and keeping logistics and planning on track?

As Teamleider Logistiek at this international company in Hooge Mierde, you work in a cleanroom environment focused on reusable packaging for the automotive sector. You start your day with a short stand-up with your team, align priorities with the Site Manager and then divide your time between the cleanroom, the warehouse and your laptop. You keep an eye on quality, help solve practical issues on the floor, plan transports and support your team members so they can do their work safely and efficiently. You work in day shifts between roughly 07:00 and 18:00, in consultation with your manager, so you have a stable rhythm and know where you stand. 🚚📦

Wat je gaat doen:

• 🧼 You ensure a clean and sterile cleanroom by following fixed cleaning and decontamination procedures.
• 📦 You support assembly and quality checks on racks and textiles, including visual inspections and correct labelling.
• 🚛 You coordinate incoming and outgoing goods flows, plan transports and keep an overview of materials and packaging.
• 🗓️ You monitor the weekly planning, update schedules and handle basic administration such as inventory and operational emails.
• 👥 You guide and coach a small, international team on the work floor, give feedback and support onboarding of new colleagues.

You are a hands-on logistics team leader who keeps the cleanroom spotless, the planning sharp and your team motivated.

• MBO 3 work and thinking level 🎓
• Experience in cleanroom and/or assembly production environment 🧼
• Strong communicator, coaching, team-focused and reliable 🤝
• Comfortable in fast-paced, sterile, controlled work environment 🧪
• Good English and Polish; Dutch is a plus 🌍
• Skilled with Outlook, Teams, Excel and Word 💻
