As a production employee at Unilux in Boxtel you work on insect screens and other insect protection products for customers in the Netherlands and abroad. You start your day with a short team briefing, then you go to your line where you saw, assemble, check and pack aluminium profiles and mesh into finished screens. You work in a clean production environment with clear work instructions, together with colleagues from different countries. You have a fixed day rhythm from 07:00 to 15:30, so you know exactly where you stand and you usually have your evenings and weekends free. In the first weeks you get a buddy who shows you the machines and helps you get started step by step. 🔧📦

what will you be doing:

• 🪚 You operate and set (semi-)automatic sawing and assembly machines for aluminium profiles.
• 🧩 You assemble insect screens from profiles, mesh and small parts according to clear work instructions.
• 📦 You pack and stack finished products neatly and prepare them for shipment with the right labels.
• 🔍 You visually check measurements and finish, and follow the quality guidelines at your workstation.
• 🤝 You keep your workplace tidy and support your teammates at other stations when it is busy.
