Delivery Driver | Flexible Schedule

Do you enjoy driving, working independently, and providing excellent service? As a Parcel Delivery Driver at DHL Express, you'll be responsible for delivering parcels safely and on time to both residential and business customers throughout your assigned area.

As a courier at DHL Express in Nieuw-Vennep, you start your shift at the depot where you greet your colleagues, grab a coffee and check your route for the day. You load your van carefully, put on your DHL workwear and head out on your route in your region. Throughout the day je visit both private and business customers, scan and deliver parcels, handle short questions at the door and keep your administration up to date via your handheld scanner. At the end of your shift you return to the depot, hand in your equipment and have a quick chat with the planner or colleagues before you head home.

What you will do:

• Deliver parcels safely and on time to private and business customers in jouw regio.
• Use navigation and systems to plan and adjust your route during the day.
• Have short, friendly contact at the door and represent DHL Express professionally.
• Load and unload your van carefully and keep scans and signatures accurate.
• Drive safely, follow traffic rules and report any issues to the planner.

• Hourly wage starting from €16.60 per hour

• A Category B driving licence held for at least 1 year
• Previous experience driving a van, delivery van, or similar vehicle is a pre
• An MBO Level 3 qualification, equivalent international diploma, or a higher education level
• Availability of 24 to 40 hours per week
• Good communication skills in English and/or Dutch
• Physically capable of loading, unloading, and delivering parcels
• Comfortable working independently and following delivery schedules
