Pricing Project Manager

As a Pricing Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the entire pricing process within the eStore division. You ensure that all dataflows, pricing systems, and price updates run smoothly and are accurately reflected across the webshops and portals in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.

You will work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, partnering with internal and external stakeholders such as category managers, legal, platform teams, data teams, marketing, and external partners.

With your analytical mindset and process-driven approach, you help maintain a competitive and efficient pricing operation.

• Optimize: Improve dataflows and automate pricing processes where possible.
• Manage: Oversee daily pricing operations to ensure accuracy and continuity.
• Support: Provide commercial teams with fast and accurate price updates.
• Collaborate: Work closely with internal departments and external partners to enhance and innovate processes.
• Analyze: Use tools such as Excel, VBA, and PIM systems to manage data and generate actionable insights.

• Salary starting from €3,700 (based on a 40-hour week)
• 1-year contract (temporary position)
• Full-time role (40 hours per week)
• Hybrid working: partly in the office, partly remote
• Freedom to take initiative and drive process improvements

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) and at least 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience with pricing processes in an e-commerce setting
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, VBA, and data tools such as OMNIA
• Proven project management experience with a focus on innovation and automation
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a process-oriented mindset
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
