Your responsibilities as a DHL delivery driver:

• Route preparation:

  You start your shift by loading your van, checking parcels, and planning an efficient route so that deliveries are on time and complete.

• Parcel delivery:

  You deliver shipments to business and private customers, handle signatures, and make sure every parcel arrives safely and in good condition.

• Customer service:

  You are the face of DHL Express on the doorstep, answer simple questions, and ensure a friendly and professional experience for every customer.

• Teamwork and coordination:

  You stay in contact with colleagues at the depot and on the road, share updates, and help each other when routes change or it gets busy.

• Safety and compliance:

  You drive responsibly, follow traffic and safety rules, use navigation tools correctly, and help keep our processes secure and reliable.

• A starting salary between €16.60 and €21.58 per hour, depending on your experience and shifts.

• A 50% allowance on Saturdays, so weekend shifts are extra rewarding.
• 8.33% holiday allowance and 10% holiday hours, so you can really enjoy your time off.

• Living in or near Utrecht, ready to start
• 18 years and older with Category B licence >2 years 🚗
• Good spoken and written English communication
