As a bike courier at DHL Express, you will work in the heart of the city. Your day starts with planning your delivery route to ensure efficient navigation through The Hague. While delivering parcels, you maintain friendly and professional contact with customers and ensure every package arrives safely and on time.

Your responsibilities:

• Route planning: Plan and adjust your routes to deliver parcels efficiently across The Hague.
• Customer interaction: Provide friendly and professional service during deliveries.
• Parcel handling: Check packages during loading and unloading to ensure accuracy and safety.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with a diverse team and contribute to a positive and sustainable work environment.

• Competitive hourly wage: €16.60 to €21.58, depending on experience
• Working hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Part-time position: 20 hours per week
• Travel allowance from 5 km (one-way)

• Holiday hours: 10% accrual
• Holiday allowance: 8% accrual

We are looking for an enthusiastic bike courier with a strong sense of responsibility and customer focus.

• Good understanding of Dutch traffic rules and road safety
• Physically able to lift and move packages
• Available at least 3 weekdays (Monday–Friday)
• Good command of Dutch or English
• Interest in logistics and efficient route planning
