Sr. QS Specialist

• Act as system owner for selected quality systems, including defining procedures and ensuring effective implementation.
• Lead and participate in both small and large-scale improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations (e.g. GMP, HALAL).
• Provide expert guidance on quality principles and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain structure and support routine tasks to ensure system integrity.
• Manage stakeholders across local and global teams.
• Support audit readiness and follow-up activities.
• Develop and deliver training within your area of expertise.

• Salary: Starting from €4,000 per month
• Four-weekly salary payment
• Flexible working hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Holiday allowance: 8% of annual salary

• You have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field
• You have 5+ years of experience in a quality function
• You are familiar with industry regulations and guidelines
• You have strong analytical skills and a systematic approach
• You have experience in project management and stakeholder engagement
• You are fluent in English and communicate professionally in Dutch
