As a Warehouse Worker at DHL Express in Den Hoorn, you'll work in the sorting center where parcels arrive and are prepared for delivery. During the evening shift (6:10 PM – 8:30 PM), you'll work together with your team to keep everything running smoothly. Your shift starts with a short team briefing, where tasks are assigned before you begin loading, unloading, and sorting parcels. There's always time for a quick chat with your colleagues, but you'll stay active and keep up the pace. At the end of your shift, you'll leave your workstation tidy and head home with a sense of accomplishment.

What you'll do

• Load and unload parcels from trucks and delivery vans.
• Assemble and dismantle roll containers, preparing them for transport.
• Sort parcels by postcode or destination.
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a safe working environment.

At DHL Express in Den Hoorn, you'll work in an international environment where your efforts are valued and rewarded. Here's what you can expect:

• Hourly wage from €15.30, depending on your experience.
• Flexible morning and evening shifts that fit well around your daily schedule.
• 8% holiday allowance and 10% vacation hours accrued for every hour worked.
• An additional 6.24% flexible budget on top of every hour you work.
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre for your commute between home and work.

You're an energetic team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse and takes pride in contributing to a safe and efficient logistics operation.

• Available to work at least 3 morning and/or evening shifts per week, including Monday morning.
• Fully available during the summer holiday period (no planned vacations).
• Physically fit and able to lift parcels weighing up to 20 kg.
• Living in or near Den Hoorn, with reliable transportation to the DHL location.
• A team-oriented person with good communication skills in Dutch or English
